An Update

We arrived Wednesday all very very tired and jetlagged.

Hubby had an interview on Thursday.

He was offered the job on Friday.

It is a step down from what he is capable of but it is a big company and room to grow with the company. Who can be fussy in this economic climate hey?

He starts tomorrow. We are going to stay with my sisters for a while to save some more money.

The job is based in Alexandria, so who can recommend a family friendly place to live that is not going to be too expensive to rent a house.

Glad you have arrived safe & sound Simone. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to settle into things and find somewhere perfect to live.

How is hubby feeling bout the move? The job?

Such fantastic news re the job Simone!
I'm thinking the south side, an easy drive in for Alastair, somewhere around where Lisa (moore) lives?
But it depends on your preferences and how far Alastair minds driving for?

Alexandria - that is in the suburb next to me in Zetland. If you want a house Maroubra might be nice or further south in the shire. Zetland has some big apartments which are nice but you'll probably want a nice backyard for Oliver. I am so so pleased for you!

Yay. Welcome to Oz.

I have been trying to text you, but not sure if it's working?

You could try Rosebery, Botany, Mascot, Maroubra, Pagewood....

Yay. x

Yay for Al! That is great!!

You could really live anywhere - Alexandria is quite central to everything. Leigh's last job was there and we live on the north side!

Email me your mobile so we can catch up. Can't wait to see you guys!!!
