Benign Positional Vertigo

A lot has been happening in my world. I haven't felt like blogging for a while. I'm not myself. I won't go in to too much detail as I don't want all my life on the world wide web.

I went to the doctor today and he has told me I am suffering from Benign Positional Vertigo. In other words, I get dizzy spells like the world is spinning and I am going to fall over. Usually it happens at night.

The cure? He says to get my back and neck fixed and that will resolve my vertigo. So now I am on the look out for a good chiro. More money to outlay!

The good news? We are back online so when I am back in a good mood, I will be back blogging and commenting again. But until then, BYE BYE

That must be absolutely awful. I hate dizzy spells and fainting and all of that. Hope the chiro can help you out. Have you tried physio as well? Maybe the two techniques might make you get a quicker result? I found that helpful when I was pregnant I sued to see by the physio and the chiro and helped a lot.
