How cool are these Santa hats? I am going to take these to Oliver's Christmas concert tomorrow night I think. They are so easy to do. Just cut the end off the strawberry. Dip the end that has been cut in melted white chocolate and then dip in some white coconut. Using the mini marshmellows, cut them in half and top the strawberry with one marshmellow.

I have seen brownie versions of these - but I think I like these ones better. Yum yum!
I bet they went down well with the kids... and the parents. :)
